Dwella collects information you provide during registration (name, email, phone number, and role), property listing data, uploaded media, and verification documents for agents and landlords. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, search queries, and viewing session logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to facilitate property listings and viewings, process secure escrow transactions, verify agent identities, send booking confirmations and notifications, and improve platform security and performance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. Sensitive identity documents are stored in isolated, access-controlled storage. We implement rate limiting, brute-force protection, and regular security audits.
4. NDPR Compliance
