Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dwella, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Platform Use

Dwella is a property discovery and transaction platform. Agents and landlords may list verified properties. Tenants and buyers may browse, schedule viewings, and initiate escrow-secured transactions. All users must provide accurate information during registration and listing creation.

3. Agent Verification

Agents must complete KYC verification including government-issued ID and valid real estate license. Unverified agents may create listings but cannot access escrow features. Dwella reserves the right to suspend accounts where verification fails.

4. Escrow Transactions

Escrow services are provided to protect both parties in a transaction. Funds are held securely until both parties confirm the transaction is complete. Disputes are handled by Dwella administration per our dispute resolution policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not post fraudulent listings, misrepresent property conditions, engage in money laundering through escrow, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent platform security. Violations will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dwella facilitates connections between property owners and seekers but is not a party to any lease or sale agreement. Dwella is not liable for disputes arising between landlords and tenants beyond the scope of our escrow and dispute resolution services.
